How much is 1999 Oldsmobile Alero worth with a spun rod bearing?

I am trying to sell my 1999 Oldsmobile Alero for $750.00---I spun a rod bearing back in March after putting 2grand worth of parts and labor into it ( new tires/ new water pump/ new timing chain/ wheel bearing/ struts/ and some other things ) I for sure want to get back what I paid for the tires.

Am I asking too much? opinions?|||you want me to be honest?

i dont think youll get 500 bucks for it, but i would put an ad on craigslist

PARTING OUT 1999 OLDSMOBILE ALERO

and put taking offers on parts, spun a rod bearing and cant sell as whole

youll get way more money that way. prob about 1-2k for this car and sell what you cant sell as scrap metal

i dont know if your mechanically inclined/can take off parts but if you can do it yourself

if you cant let people take the parts they need and charge a bit less than what their worth for their labor|||well you might get that much but with a spun bearing your looking maybe at another crank so some people don,t want to pay that much and have to put a crank in it too. if that,s how much you want then go higher like 800 or 850. that way after they get done trying to get you down then you will get 750 what you want.|||Since it has rod issues, I seriously doubt you'll get $500.00 for it. The rest of the car would have to be immaculate %26amp; I mean no rust, dents on body, no hail, no damage whatsoever to get $750.00 %26amp; even then your still pushing since for one, its an Oldsmobile %26amp; most people look at it as a dead make %26amp; 2 it has engine damage which most likely will need engine swapped out|||Accept a best offer from a wrecking yard probley about $300.00 or sell or car as parts. It's only worth to ever is willing to make a offer, for their price.|||Depends on the current value of scrap metal.|||$750 is fair.
